Who I Am

Introduction

I am much more than my title, but to understand who I am, you must know more about me. Most biographies are almost a timestamp of accomplishments and highlights that some have experienced. They really do not tell you much about who someone is which is what I am hoping to accomplish.

The average biography is a brief narrative of the important events in a person's life. It can be as short as three paragraphs or it could be an entire book-long story. Biographies usually include information about accomplishments, highlights, and awards that some have experienced along their journey. But if we're honest with ourselves, most of us don't really learn much about who someone is from reading these types of biographies. Instead, we just get a timestamp of accomplishments and highlights that some have experienced along their journey - which isn't necessarily bad; but I think it would be more beneficial for us all if we knew more about who these people really were (their character, values, and beliefs).

I am a chiropractor and spiritual individual.

As a chiropractor, I am a healer. I help people get their bodies back in alignment so that they can be pain-free and live the life they want to lead. But this isn't just about fixing bones and muscles--it's also about uncovering what's underneath your pain: your emotions, beliefs, thoughts, and energy patterns (the things that cause us to hold tension in our bodies).

Chiropractic is not just about manipulating the spine; it's about finding out what else needs attention inside of you for your body to be healed from the inside out. It's like putting on glasses after being blind all your life--you may have been able to see things before but now everything looks clearer!

I find joy in life's silly moments and simple pleasures.

I am a big fan of finding joy in life's simple pleasures. That's not to say that I don't appreciate the big moments--I do! But there are days when things just aren't going my way, and having something little to smile about can make all the difference. The universe tends to remind you to not take yourself too seriously on rainy days. I think it is a matter of looking for and being mindful of all the different ways life can be fun and funny.

Mindfulness plays a huge role for me here. I think it takes a bit of awareness of oneself to be able to laugh when you make dumb mistakes. It is important to laugh at how much meaning we sometimes give the mundane and still remember to find joy and peace in that same mundane.

The other day, I was walking through the park when I came across a group of children playing with bubbles. The kids were chasing after each other and giggling as they popped their little plastic wands at each other, sending colorful soap suds into the air. It was such a simple thing to watch but it made me smile because it reminded me how much fun it is to be a kid.

I prioritize health and fitness, truth, and spiritual connection.

As a result of this prioritization, I try to make healthy choices in all areas of my life--with food and drink; how I spend my time; with the people I choose to surround myself with; and with how much sleep I get each night.

I also seek out opportunities for growth within each area of my life. I think this practice has been extremely beneficial to me. I like to think I am a lifelong learner. That means taking the time to learn from other people who are more knowledgeable than I am. I try to talk and learn from these people. I become friends with them so we can continue to collaborate and learn from each other. It

My passion is to help others heal and find a new standard of health for themselves and their family.

I am a chiropractor, and my passion is to help others heal and find a new standard of health for themselves and their family.

I believe that every person deserves to have access to healthcare that is affordable, effective, and convenient. I have spent my career learning how to improve the quality of life for my patients by helping them achieve their personal goals in wellness - whether it be fixing an injury or just feeling better on a daily basis.

I use different techniques such as spinal manipulation therapy (a hands-on approach), Myofascial manipulation, nutritional counseling (dietary changes), exercise recommendations with goal-setting advice, and a dash of energy medicine.

Conclusion

I am excited to share my story with you and hope that it helps you on your journey. My goal is to help others find the same joy and fulfillment in life that I have experienced through my own experiences and through my experience of helping others.
